Excellent service January 3, 2013

We ordered no slow wired controllers but there were problems getting them from Xbox so our order was upgraded to wireless at no additional charge and they arrived Christmas Eve. Thank you for the upgrade and not letting my kids down.

Mostly good December 3, 2012

The controller is a major upgrade from my old controller (original xbox, wired controller).  However, the controller that I received has a defect, which is the only reason that I don't give it 5 stars.  The RB button doesn't 'click' when pressed.  Actually, it barely seems to move when pressed.  It is still perfectly functional, but it throws me off.  I will end up mashing it a second time, since it feels like I didn't press it fully the first time.  

The rest of the buttons give a satisfying click (which is more kinesthetic than audible).  I think that this might just be an odd defect rather than a systematic problem.

No Slow Controller November 30, 2012

Good controller. However some problems.
First, shipping was delayed by USPS or the seller, I don't really know because only the electronic info was received and the customer service team told me they have already shipped it. However, 3 days later it say the item was accepted so I don't know who was lying and who was telling the truth.
Second, the PS3 sticks that came with my controller was defective, but the customer service team was responsive and replaced it for me.
The xbox 360 controller's right stick naturally slants left and I'm not sure if its the controller module or the sticks that I use is causing that.
Overall, the customer service team was responsive 24/7 and I appreciate that alot.
I would definitely buy another controller once this one breaks.
Love it.

A tad bit on the pricey side and I do mean only a tad, the quality is great, just an excellent controller definitely worth the price for a competitive controller
