The time it took for it to arrive from America to UK was pretty good and when i needed help tracking the product they emailed me back within a couple of years. The packaging that the controller got shipped in was well protected aswell. The only down side is the actual finish of the gold paint wasnt as good as expected but besides that i was very pleased.

After a "bit of a wait", I received my controller and it looked fabulous!

My only suggestion would be that for the gloss front, a layer or two of clear coat would help avoid the scratches.

Other than that and the wait (customer service was great), it's a great controller.

Will buy another!!

I got the controller after a slightly longer wait than was expected, but the quality made up for it tenfold. The controller feels incredible and looks nothing less than stunning. I have showed it off to all of my friends and I can tell you for certain, that I will definitely be buying more things from this website in the future, and so will they
