A: Typically, any order will be received 2-3 regular business days after the ship date, depending on where you live. So if an order is shipped Monday, then you will typically receive it on Wednesday or Thursday.

Q: Can I receive a tracking number for my order once it ships?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirming that it has been shipped. In this email, you will find a link to the tracking information.

A: The custom work that we perform is guaranteed for life. We offer a 30-day warranty that covers all manufacturer defects. You can purchase an extended warranty with any of our custom products.
