You CAN, however, purchase our service plan which would allow you to simply ship the controller back to us if it has any of the problems listed below during the length of the plan you purchase (6 months or 1 year.)
Problems covered by the service plan:
- Headset port does not operate
- Any of the buttons do not operate
- Analog sticks "turn slow" in some direction (ONLY applies to a controller that has been "No-Slow" fixed)

Please note: we are able to tell if the internal parts of a controller are the ones that were shipped with the controller.
